Professional development coaching for teams and individuals
It feels hard, because it is hard.
All those balls in the air. All those expectations. All that scrutiny on you.
Every single team faces challenges. Some are interpersonal, some are work-related, maybe there are longstanding tensions, or people are in the wrong roles.
But get all that right, and your role as a team leader becomes a lot easier. Those challenges become easier to navigate and you can concentrate on making sure that the right people are doing the right work. You have a sense of the bigger picture and the different perspectives in front of you. You can pay proper attention to everyone’s wellbeing, as well as their performance.
You’re no longer flying blind.
So good to meet you!
I’m Lucy, and I’m a professional development coach who works with teams like yours.
I’ve been part of some great teams, and some not-so great ones. What a team really needs to do its best work is to understand and respect one another, a manager who makes them feel heard and listened to (on a work and personal level) and to be able to work in a way that plays to their strengths.
What they don’t need is yet another team-building exercise that half the people enjoy, half of them don’t, and doesn’t change anything.
So let’s get your team what do they need.
I’m an Extended DISC® Accredited Practitioner, and that’s where we’ll start.
How I help you
- Feeling a bit stuck about anything that’s currently happening in your team
- Wanting to make sure everyone’s well looked after
- Building a culture of openness
- Always putting off awkward conversations
And you want:
- Relief from some of the stress and pressure
- To help your team members understand more about themselves and each other
- Everyone to work to their strengths
- To set everyone up to succeed
Then we should talk.
What My Clients Say
It was incredible speaking with Lucy about my business and what I need to do and what I need to think about in order to continue to have success in my business. She helped me to help change my mind sets about how I am running my business, what a business is and what it looks like and how I can make it what I want it to be. She was able to listen and really clearly cared about the answers. She was able to ask really probing questions that really made me reflect on and think about what what I wanted out of my business, what I wanted to be able to achieve and how I could create some steps to get there. Lucy was really understanding about my situation and could see that if she pushed in one area that that wouldn’t work for me and my life at the moment. She was able to guide me to focus on areas that would help me to be successful later down the track when I have more time to invest in it. She helped me to see value in the services I provide. It was just so valuable to be able to have someone listen and have a fair amount of understanding of the creative industry. Thank you so much!

Lucy was an incredible coach. Her timely and insightful advice was exactly what I needed to improve my business. I’m now in a much better position and looking forward to growing from here.
Lucy is a wonderful coach. When I had my first session with her, I really didn’t know what to expect and I was actually a little bit nervous. Lucy put me at ease with her warm and approachable nature. I am a children’s author and the marketing part of my business was a mess. Lucy helped to bring me on the right track in regards to planning my time, social scheduling, networking and other business issues. I found her advice extremely valuable and certainly beneficial to the way I am starting to run the marketing for my business now. I still have a long way to go but I know that I am heading in the right direction.
The best is that in the short time I have worked with Lucy, I have started to think of my business more as a business rather than a hobby. Having this change of mind is definitely supporting my determination and will to succeed.
I would recommend Lucy to anyone who is looking for a coach for their creative business. Trust me, you will not regret it.
