I’m Lucy, and I’m a professional development coach who works with teams like yours.

I’ve been part of some great teams, and some not-so great ones. What a team really needs to do its best work is to understand and respect one another, a manager who makes them feel heard and listened to (on a work and personal level) and to be able to work in a way that plays to their strengths.

What they don’t need is yet another team-building exercise that half the people enjoy, half of them don’t, and doesn’t change anything.
